You may have heard about High Reliability Schools (HRS). Your school may have even started doing surveys or other work with HRS. In this session, Dr. Toone will review the HRS framework and how it may affect your practice as a teacher in Davis School District. He will share what HRS is (and what it isn’t). He will dispel some rumors/concerns and put the HRS framework in its proper place – relative to your teaching practice and your work with collaborative teams.
